At Sonic Territories Festival, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors. We aim to ensure that our venues are accessible to everyone, regardless of physical ability or mobility.

If you have a Kulturpass from Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur please send us an e-mail with a copy of your Kulturpass to outreach@sonic-territories.at by November 13th, 2024. We have reserved a contingent of 15 Kulturpass tickets for our Main Day November 16th at VHS Kulturgarage. First come, first served.

Step-Free Access: All our festival venues offer step-free access, including ramps and/or elevators where necessary, to ensure that everyone can move freely throughout the spaces.

Accessible Entrances: Clearly marked accessible entrances are available at all locations, making it easier for visitors with mobility aids or wheelchairs to enter.

Parking: Reserved parking spaces for visitors with disabilities are available close to our venues. Please refer to the venue map for exact locations.

Assistance Animals: Certified assistance animals are welcome at all of our venues. Please notify us in advance so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

On-Site Assistance: Our staff and volunteers will offer assistance to anyone who may need help navigating the festival venues. If you require support during your visit, don’t hesitate to ask a member of our team.

Seating Options: Seating areas for visitors with mobility issues or other needs are available in all performance and event spaces. Please notify us in advance so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

Restrooms: Please note that some of our venues do not have accessible restrooms, this might be the case at Semmelweisklinik and minuseins.

Team members can be easily recognized by their badges and/or safety jackets.

Please help us keep the venue and surrounding areas clean by disposing of your waste in the designated trash bins.

The guidelines in this Code of Conduct apply to all participants, including performers and staff, and are not intended to replace any applicable legal provisions.

We reserve the right to make changes to the line-up, schedule, and start times; such adjustments do not entitle ticket holders to return or exchange tickets. All prices include VAT. The general terms and conditions, as well as the house rules of each respective venue, apply. Due to the potential health risks associated with concert volume, we provide free hearing protection. Smoking is prohibited in all festival venues.

By attending Sonic Territories Festival or any of its related events, you acknowledge that photographs and videos of you may be captured during the event. These images may be used to promote the festival or related events in the future, or provided to the media for publication.

Sonic Territories Festival is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur during the festival or related events. In case of injury during an event, please contact a member of the festival team/staff or call an ambulance directly at 144. If you have lost something, you can email us at  outreach@sonic-territories.at.
