At Sonic Territories Festival, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors. We aim to ensure that our venues are accessible to everyone, regardless of physical ability or mobility.

If you have a Kulturpass from Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur please send us an e-mail with a copy of your Kulturpass to outreach@id-l.work by November 13th, 2024. We have reserved a contingent of 15 Kulturpass tickets for our Main Day November 16th at VHS Kulturgarage. First come, first served.

Step-Free Access: All our festival venues offer step-free access, including ramps and/or elevators where necessary, to ensure that everyone can move freely throughout the spaces.vienna

Accessible Entrances: Clearly marked accessible entrances are available at all locations, making it easier for visitors with mobility aids or wheelchairs to enter.

Parking: Reserved parking spaces for visitors with disabilities are available close to our venues. Please refer to the venue map for exact locations.

Assistance Animals: Certified assistance animals are welcome at all of our venues. Please notify us in advance so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

On-Site Assistance: Our staff and volunteers will offer assistance to anyone who may need help navigating the festival venues. If you require support during your visit, don’t hesitate to ask a member of our team.

Seating Options: Seating areas for visitors with mobility issues or other needs are available in all performance and event spaces. Please notify us in advance so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

Restrooms: Please note that some of our venues do not have accessible restrooms, this might be the case at Semmelweisklinik and minuseins.

We would like to experience a special event with you, in which we treat each other and the premises in an appreciative, mindful and respectful manner.

Sonic Territories Festival is dedicated to celebrating the diversity in the arts and aims to provide a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, physical appearance, disability, ethnicity, nationality, language, social origin, education or religion.

We strongly condemn any hateful, discriminating, or harassing behavior and reserve the right to take the adequate actions needed to preserve a safe event space for everyone. Should you experience any kind of discrimination or harassment, or notice that someone else is not treated accordingly, or have any other concerns, please contact the Sonic Territories Festival team on-site. Team members will be recognizable wearing badges and/or safety jackets.

Please help us keep the venue and related areas clean and dispose your trash in the respective trash bins.

The rules contained in this Code of Conduct apply to all persons participating in Sonic Territories Festival, including all participants, performers and staff. The rules are not meant to replace any applicable legal rules.

We reserve the right to make changes to the line-up and/or schedule as well as changes to the start times and do not entitle you to return or exchange tickets. All prices include VAT. The general terms and conditions and the house rules of the respective venues apply. Since the risk of damage to health cannot be ruled out due to the volume of the concerts held, we provide free hearing protection. Smoking is prohibited in all of our venues.

By attending Sonic Territories Festival or any of its related events you acknowledge that images of you may be captured during the event using photography and video and that these images may be used to promote the festival or any events taking place therein, in future, or provided to the media for publication.

Sonic Territories festival is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage or injury that may occur during the festival or related events. In case of an injury during an event please get in touch with the festival team/staff or directly call an ambulance at 144. If you lost something you can send an email to office@id-l.work.
